1. Delivery Service
Our Asian grocery store partners with PostNL as our primary delivery service provider to ensure swift and reliable delivery across the Netherlands. You may choose to have your order delivered directly to your address or to a PostNL collection point.

2. Delivery Time & Processing

Estimated Delivery in Netherlands: Orders are estimated to be delivered within 2 – 4 days from the dispatch date on Monday - Friday

Estimated Delivery in Belgium and Germany: Orders are estimated to be delivered within 3 – 5 days from the dispatch date on Monday - Friday

Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays.

Processing: Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Additional Information:
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped to monitor its progress.
Please ensure accurate address details to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Fresh and perishable items like fruits, vegetables,Chees or paneer cannot be shipped outside Netherlands as it might get spoilt during transit.

3. Collection Points

PostNL Collection: If you select a PostNL collection point, please ensure that you pick up your package within one week of notification.

Automatic Returns: Packages that remain uncollected after one week will be automatically returned to us.

Tracking: A Track & Trace number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package on PostNL's website or by using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Important Reminder: We do not receive notifications from PostNL when a package is returned, so please monitor your tracking information closely.

Refund & Return Policy
1. General Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
2. Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 5 working days after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping Costs: The cost of the return shipping label and any associated return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do exchanges! The cost of the shipping is to be covered by the customer.
3. Administrative Fees for Returns

Return Processing: In cases where a package is returned to us (e.g., due to non-collection or refusal), an administration fee of €6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Purpose: This fee covers the additional handling and processing costs associated with the return.
4. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before the goods are dispatched by notifying us in writing.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Return Timeframes

Food Products: Returns for food products must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Food Products: Returns for non-food products must be initiated within 14 days from the day following delivery.

Exclusions: Perishable items cannot be returned.
6. Undelivered or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned undelivered or is refused at the time of delivery, please note that you may be charged the full shipping charges for both the outbound and return shipments, as well as any additional applicable fees.

Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. All policies are applicable to the countries we serve unless exceptions or details mentioned exclusively!
